ตำแหน่ง: Service Engineer ภาษาญี่ปุ่น สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: อยุธยา วังน้อย ประเภทงาน: เต็มเวลา คำอธิบายงาน: เรากำลังมองหาบุคคลที่มีความสามารถและประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Service Engineer เพื่อเข้าร่วมทีมงานของเราในการให้บริการและซัพพอร์ตในด้านเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าของเรา ในฐานะ Service Engineer คุณจะมีหน้าที่หลักในการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคในผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา เพื่อให้ลูกค้าของเราได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมและได้รับการบริการที่ดีที่สุด
• ดำเนินการติดตั้งและปรับแต่งผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า • ดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงและเข้าแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคในผลิตภัณฑ์ • ให้คำแนะนำและคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการดูแลรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้แก่ลูกค้า • ดำเนินการทดสอบและตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้อง • บันทึกข้อมูลการบริการและปัญหาทางเทคนิคในระบบบันทึกข้อมูลของบริษัท • สื่อสารและปฏิสัมพันธ์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพกับลูกค้าและทีมงานภายใน • รายงานผลการทำงานและปัญหาทางเทคนิคให้แก่ผู้บริหารและทีมงานเทคนิคอย่างเป็นระบบ
