Purchasing

Handle oversea purchasing process, sourcing new suppliers / product, import process, claim process and documentation.
Issue purchase order, monitor and control all oversea purchasing procedures.
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping and internal partners for all business relevant matters.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of the daily operation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping to ensure necessary shipping documents are provided for smooth customs clearance.
Any other tasks assigned by superior

Female Age: 25-40 years
Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, supply chain management, or any related fields.
3-10 years' experience in oversea purchasing, logistics, import-export or relevant fields.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese or English
Good interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skill.
Understanding oversea purchasing and import process and procedure.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Experience using ERP would be advantage.
