Concierge(พนักงานต้อนรับและบริการลูกค้า)

- Promote the property’s outlets and amenities by educating guests on restaurants, shows, and other outlets such as spa, and retail
- Ensure services to customers are at superior level by providing a complete knowledge of tenant’s products Gaysorn marketing and event program
- Communicate with the Marketing Department to ensure a consistent delivery of service is being offered to customers, tourists.
- As a part of marketing team, the person will help/support marketing team in regards to any marketing activities, promotion and events
- Help promote Gaysorn marketing activities to public and other hotel concierge, hotels in Ratchaprasong Square Trade Association and etc.
- Have a complete knowledge and information of promotion events and of the tenants in their products.
- Visit tenants on a regular basis and offer assistance in case of any emergency
- Visit hotel’s member and inform of new promotion, new event and new products

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- คณะ/สาขา บริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์และองค์การ, ภาษาจีน, ภาษาอังกฤษ
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปี
- Male or Female age not over 30 years old (Thai Nationality ONLY)
- Bachelor degree in Chinese Major, Art-English, Humanities, or related fields
- Good personality and service –minded oriented
- Good communication skill, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Good command in speaking [Chinese and English]
- Welcome new graduates or 0-1 years' experience in Customer Service, Hotel, Airline least, Guest Service will be advantage
- Able to work in shift time (Divided into 2 shifts :Morning session Shift 2 from 9.30 am.-6.30 pm, And Afternoon session shift 3 from 11.30 am.-8.30 pm.)
