Engineering Manager

Solves dailyproblems to maintainsmooth & safety running and operation with shift supervisor.
Take actions to correct when in process or final products deviate from the specification or from the recommended control range.
Proposes to improve plant performance, productivity, quality and safety. 
Instructing operation team for start up and shutdown plant.
Beatrainer of production team to train for technical process and technique to production personnel.
Beresponsible for operations of preparationstep, start up normal running and shutdown plant.
Distributes work load in the shift to VP and ensures for the team work. 
Checks that process parameters are set and controlled following to the given instructions and procedure.
Checks that all machines, equipment and instrument function correctly. If not, instruct shift supervisor to issue work order to correct and repair them.
Improve plant performance & efficiency, to solve technical problems, and to updating technique
Reports daily operations or trouble during the shift on log book
Advise shift supervisor to solve technical problems, to improve plant performance efficiency.
Participates in safetyactivities, and plant emergency plan.
Supports Prod. Section Mgr. or / and Production Dept. Manager following to his / theirassignedworks.
