- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques - Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements to identify the right candidates for each position - Conduct preliminary interviews to assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates and in-dept interview as panel interview with hiring manager - Prepare offer package with analyze information to propose to hiring manager and make the offer package to the selected candidate - Provide regular status updates on recruitment for open positions - Coordinate and implement employer branding activities and recruitment marketing to attract qualified candidates - Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates and to enhance employer branding, including social media platforms, networking events and job fair for building a talent network/talent community - Working as a leader of a general recruitment team.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role - Excellent understanding of recruitment processes - Understanding of Digital Advertising Channel is a plus - Good knowledge of candidates selection methods - Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills - Team player and be a team leader as well - Good time-management skills - Good Command of English (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน DVE จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
