Roles & Responsibilities
• Play a role of property listing gatekeeper to control information accuracy and completeness, ensuring that we market properties with increasing quantity and quality information 
• Verify and complete property listing information to ensure we have the best and the most attractive rental and sales properties portfolio in Thailand
• Handle property listing issues and special tasks as assigned by team lead, coordinating with other departments to solve issues

• Open to hire fresh graduates with outstanding GPA and work experience in customer service and sales support
• Ideal candidates bring industry experience as a (sales) admin with a leading real estate agent in Bangkok 
• At least Bachelor’s degree 
• Must have excellent written and spoken Thai and basic English skills
• High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, talkative, motivative, adaptive, growth mindset, and eager to learn new things
• Goal-driven to achieve personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

ทำงานที่นี่ดีอย่างไร?
• รูปแบบการทำงานเป็นแบบ Hybrid เข้าออฟฟิศ สลับ WFH โดยออฟฟิศตั้งอยู่ที่ตึกปานจิต ใกล้ BTS ทองหล่อ
• Default work hours คือตั้งแต่ 10 am - 7 pm แต่จะเริ่มงานตอนไหนก็ได้ แล้วแต่จะจัดการตัวเองเลยค่ะ
• หลังผ่านการทดลองงาน 119 วัน บริษัทจะให้นำชื่อเข้า Health and accident insurance ซึ่งจะดูแลค่ารักษาพยาบาลจ่ายจริงต่อปีไม่เกิน 3 ล้านบาท
• International work environment ที่ทำให้คุณไม่ได้ใช้ภาษาไทยและขยาย personal network กับชาวต่างชาติกว่า 30 คนในบริษัท
• ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และทุกอย่างเกิดขึ้นและจบลงในเวลางาน มี work-life balance
