Responsibilities ● Ensure performance goals are set and met. ● Conduct meetings and product demonstrations onsite and remotely as needed. This will require frequent travel to different customer locations. ● Participate in strategic planning. ● Attend business networking events on behalf of the company. These may be on a regular basis and require regular time commitments outside of standard business hours. ● Work directly with Project Managers and customers to determine their application system requirements and configuration options for new/modified product implementations ● Field questions/concerns regarding requirements from the customer that the development team will use during design and development efforts
● Managing internal and client expectations and deadlines; i.e. scheduling, communication, escalation, and risk ● Good English communication skills ● Must have strong computer skills ● VERY Strong communication skills ● High level of English fluency is required. Supplychain is centered around allowing wholesale businesses to operate with Just In Time inventory systems by giving them real time information about their inventories, costs, and margins. The system is designed to be extremely flexible and to automate as many business processes as possible.
