Strategic eCommerce - Optimize Konvy’s eCommerce assets include platform excitement, platform spaces, direct traffic media and marketplace Platform excitement – create platform excitements including promotions and/or activities to drive traffic, conversion and AOV Platform space – ensure the platform spaces including application, website and mobile website are maximized by clearly set appropriate section and quota, as well as objectives, goals, and rotation frequency of each space/section to make it interesting and easy to follow for customers which finally lead to better conversion Direct traffic media – manage direct traffic media including app notification, web notification, Line and EDM. Ensure that the selected products/brands/promotions/ activities are interesting to customers and the key messages are communicate accurately. Moreover, ensure that the communications are strengthened by synchronizing each media according to its objective.
คุณวุฒิปริญญาตรี (หรือสูงกว่า) สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีความรู้ด้านอีคอมเมิร์ซที่แข็งแกร่งและเข้าใจเทคโนโลยี มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายออนไลน์และอีคอมเมิร์ซอย่างน้อย 5 ปี โดยมีความรู้รอบด้าน เช่น การขายสินค้า การส่งเสริมการขาย ประสบการณ์ลูกค้า คุ้นเคยกับ Google Analytics และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์อีคอมเมิร์ซอื่นๆ ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ปัญหา การสื่อสารและการจัดการโครงการที่แข็งแกร่ง มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office Excel และ PowerPoint และสามารถปรับให้เข้ากับเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องมือใหม่ๆ ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เชิงรุกและมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน ทันกำหนดเวลา และจัดการหลายโครงการพร้อมกันได้
