Account Receivable Executive (AR)/เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี (ลูกหนี้)

- Prepare and issue the Billing / Invoice/ Receipt.
- Coordinate with customers for payment collection and persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit terms.
- Responsible for debt collection and update debt status report.
- Follow up overdue outstanding balance.
- Monitor customer's details and ensure customers due date.
- Determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales.
- Coordinate with the Bank.
- Prepare debt status and AR ageing report accurately and timely in Accounting system.
- Track A/R Aging and ensuring that the report is up to date.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or related fields
- 0-3 years of experience, preferred in same industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Capacity to work independently and proactively.
- Highly responsible
- Able to work under pressure
