RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Support • Maintenance and support the current systems • Receive calls from 1st line support/customer and investigate problems until they are forwarded to the team/partner that can be solved and report results • Coordinate with Project team to manage service / database / network / operation for make the best solution to customer 2. System Implementation • Deploy and monitor changes process for production environment • Install OS & Software & Peripheral • Set up system parameters • Enter set up data • Prepare user manual • Trouble Shooting 3. Project Management and Testing • Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals • Function Test, System Test / Conduct system testing, collect actual testing results • Help Project Managers setting up and deploying testing environments SUPPORT CONDITION 1. Working hour from 9.00 am. to 6.00 pm. Monday through Friday 2. Schedule Standby Support on Weekday from 6.00 pm. to 10.30 pm. Monday through Friday, including National and Fujitsu’s public holidays 3. Schedule Standby Support on Weekend (including National and Fujitsu’s public holidays) from 8:00 am – 10:30 pm 4. Remote support by telephone, E-mail or Onsite support when the customer has incident case QUALIFICATIONS : • Male or Female, 23-30 years of age • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or any related fields • Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in Hardware PC, POS , Application Support, Windows platforms configuration • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload • Ability to perform job under time constraint/pressure • Ability to work frequently in night time/holiday • Ability to do plant maintenance period in long holiday • Ability to work in dynamic environment and manage to meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement) • Experience with retail businesses including Service Desk tool is an advantage • Having knowledge in Software development and Software Testing would be advantaged • Experience /knowledge with Database / SQL is preferred • Good command of English Fujitsu(Thailand)
