HR Manager

- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Responsible for the recruitment of employees which includes talent acquisition, building consultative relationships with hiring managers ensuring service excellence within all facets of the hiring life cycle
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Ensures employee performance monitoring and evaluation
- Develop innovative HR initiatives to support engagement, retention and benefits structure.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Drive organizational and company culture

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Working experiences in IT/Tech industry is preferred
