- Male / Female with Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields - 1-5 years direct sales experienced in Mechanical Seal business in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries is an advantage - Good cooperation skills and strategic planning skills - Have service mind and customer concentric - Own transportation, mobile phone and able to travel up-country - Able to communicate in English and use computer literacy - Good negotiation skills
