Graphic & Design Supervisor

The Graphic & Design Manager is responsible for creating and overseeing visual concepts that align with the brand identity and marketing goals of our restaurant group. This role involves designing digital and print materials, managing the design team, and ensuring consistency across all visual content for our various restaurant brands.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a supervisor role.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication principles.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
