1.Develop and implement training plans for staff and branch teams before and after new store openings. 2.Coordinate training sessions, including venue arrangements and other related logistics. 3.Conduct training programs in both online and offline formats. 4.Deliver training as a facilitator in courses related to beverage preparation, customer service, and store standards. 5.Prepare training materials and provide coaching to develop team members and staff performance. 6.Evaluate training effectiveness and compile training reports.
1.Age between 26–35 years old. 2.At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant, beverage, or F&B industry. 3.Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure. 5.Proactive with strong initiative and creativity. 6.Able to travel upcountry and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7.Able to work 6 days per week.
