Finance & Accounting Manager

1.Oversee and manage all financial and accounting functions of the organization 
2.Prepare and control budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning 
3.Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting 
4.Manage tax compliance, audits, and internal controls 
5.Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and cost control to improve profitability 
6.Lead and develop the finance and accounting team 
7.Act as a key financial advisor to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
