● Install, configure, and maintain database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). ● Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal performance. ● Perform regular backups, recovery testing, and ensure data integrity and security. ● Design and maintain database structures, tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures. ● Support application development teams with database-related requirements and performance optimization. ● Troubleshoot database issues and perform root cause analysis. ● Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. ● Collaborate with developers and technical leads to design system architecture and workflows. ● Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs. ● Create and manage test scenarios, test cases, and UAT scripts; support users during UAT. ● Participate in system implementation, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews. ● Provide training and prepare user manuals or operational guides. ● Gather and analyze business and user requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed system specifications. ● Prepare comprehensive documentation including: - Business Requirement Document (BRD) - Software Requirement Specification (SRS) - Functional Specification Document - System Design Documents - Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams - Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Flowcharts ________________________________________ ✅ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis and database administration. • Strong knowledge of system design methodologies and documentation standards (e.g., SRS, ERD, UML). • Strong in database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills and team player. • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, and database management tools. • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies. • Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
