QC Engineer

Job Purpose:
To ensure the quality of manufactured products by conducting detailed inspections and measurements, maintaining quality standards, and providing technical support to the production team.

• Perform quality inspections and measurements on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products using precision measuring equipment.
• Operate and program advanced measurement tools such as CMM, 3D Scanner, Smart Camera, etc.
• Interpret and understand engineering drawings and GD&T symbols to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results, prepare quality reports, and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Assist senior engineers in the development and maintenance of QC plans and inspection procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
1-2 years of working experience in a QC or QA role within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and the ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Able to work 6 days a week, Mon-Sat from 8:00-17:00 hrs / or 1-2 Saturdays off a month, depending on position level
