About RMC Asia RMC Asia is a Bangkok-based organization specializing in cultural exchange programs in the hospitality and tourism industry. We collaborate with luxury hotels and resorts across Asia to offer meaningful, career-building experiences for young professionals from around the world. Position Overview You'll manage relationships with hotel partners, coordinate candidate placements, support onboarding, and help expand our host network.
🔹 Host Organization Relations – Manage and support relationships with hotel HR teams. 🔹 Candidate Placement – Match candidates with openings and coordinate the hiring process. 🔹 Onboarding Support – Assist participants with visa, travel, and arrival preparations. 🔹 Program Coordination – Monitor internships and provide ongoing support. 🔹 Business Development – Identify and onboard new hotel and resort partners.
