• Managing personnel, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Collaborating on project developments and implementing changes.
• Maintaining adherence to relevant guidelines and standards.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensuring staff are adequately trained and developed.
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization's operations.
• Preparing and delivering reports or presentations to the Vice President.
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Operations.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules and meetings efficiently
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing confidential information and sensitive documents
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of business operations, workflows, or project management is an advantage
