Reporting to the Team Lead, the VKAM will be responsible for growing and managing a sizable portfolio of 60- 70 sellers on Lazada to ensure performance improvement of the sellers and growth contribution to the overall category. Key focus areas include: • Assortment planning & merchandising: working closely with the category teams to identify assortment gaps using historical data and market situation • Sellers acquisition: initiate new seller leads with strategic assortment to fill gaps identified and work closely with the supporting vendor acquisition team to acquire and incubate new sellers • Sellers management: acting as the main business advisor and account manager to a big portfolio of Fashion sellers to ensure their growth on the platform through campaign planning and communication as well as providing support and guidance to leverage platform tools
