We are seeking a Level-1 Field IT Technician to provide onsite support and maintenance services to our clients. The successful candidate will handle a range of tasks including installation, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and software, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions. • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products. • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure efficient operation of the company’s desktop computing environment. • Administer and resolve issues with end-user workstation networking software components when required. Requirements: • Field service experience in IT support and maintenance. • Strong working knowledge of computer systems and hardware. • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, and printers. • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure. • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues in Thai and English. • Valid driver’s license, own car and willingness to travel to client sites. • Physical ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals. Note: All applicationns must be submitted in English. Additionna Qualifications: 1. Proficient in spoken and written English—this is a mandatory requirement. 2. Ability to analyze and solve issues with logical thinking. Willing to not give up until a problem is solved. 3. Very good communication skills. 4. Friendly and clean appearance. 5. Willingness to self-learn and stay updated after work hours—technology evolves constantly. 6. Open to long-term employment and career growth. 7. Driver license and proper driving experience. 8. Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and general troubleshooting. 9. Good networking knowledge (IP Addresses, Switches, Router Setup, Troubleshooting) 10.Good overall IT support skills
