New project sales business unit
Assist on whole process regarding property sales, make booking form, collect client’s information and submit to customer database, follow-up SPA with developer, assist client opening local bank advice and receipt, inspect room with client and help on unit transfer
Rental and resale business unit
-preparation of room for rental and purchase necessary living articles on behalf of room ownere.
-Assist on tenant’s issue during lease term.
-Providing lease related service (Such pay bills, forward mails, translation, room cleaning, maid and driver, maintenance of electric appliances etc.) to both owner and tenant at their own cost or according to the agreement.
-Other jobs assigned

-Thai nationality
-Good communication skill
-Responsible, service mind and detail oriented.
-Good command of both English and Chinese languages.
-Diligent and well-organized person.
-Well educated and have experience in property business.
