Solution Consultant

• Provide business / technical expertise, demonstrations, and solution presentations to customers.
• Design technical solution based on customer’s business requirement. 
• Perform analysis and present suggestion to customer. 
• Provide advisory to customer on solution best practice. 
• Understand overall technology used in the project and be able to discuss integration. 
• Understand customer business and establish solution as the best solution available.
• Responsible for solution proposed, both functionally and non-functionally.
• Work closely with project manager to ensure project schedule is met, after pre-sales stage is completed. 
• Prepare and review related pre-sales documentation and ensure they met customer expectation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Presale/Business Development with knowledge of SaaS or Salesforce applications (a plus)
• At least 1-2 years of software development experience or related fields
• Track record of successful Presale in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales environment. 
• Good command of English 
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills
• Highly motivated and ambitious 
• Positive attitude, able to work hard, high responsibility and good teamwork
