-Supervises the production schedule, quality inspection carried out by the operative to ensure the product. -To develop and motivate a group of efficient supervisory staff so as to ensure quality production in a safe work environment with minimal wastage. -To study and evaluate existing work method with IE so as improvements on operators are completed. - Able work on 3 shifts ( Monday-Saturday )
