As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and performing the following tasks: 1.Increase Unit Price per Customer Delve into the needs of existing clients and propose new products and services Conduct consulting to contribute to the business growth of clients Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling and make effective proposals 2.Improve Repeat Rate Conduct continuous follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction Provide regular updates on project progress and address client feedback and concerns Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze successes and areas for improvement. Hold regular meetings and check-ins to strengthen trust with clients 3.Sales team management Manage sales team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, meet the client satisfaction and within scope Coordinate with sales executive, project manager, and admin Assign tasks, set priorities, solving problems that may occur between team and client Join and present in kick-off and monthly meetings with client Create plan to improve process and efficiency of work
