Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The Retail Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of the daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with customers and employees.
Manage daily operations and motivate store team members to achieve sales targets.
Uphold the brand image by ensuring that all products and displays align with quality and brand standards. 
Manage store inventory and merchandise presentation to ensure a visually appealing and organized store.
Collaborate with Head office related Department and Brand Manager on sales strategies, promotional events, stock replenishment, and marketing initiatives.
Responsible for accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk, with proper operation of the POS system, handling forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensuring proper discounts are applied when applicable.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor stock management and fix assets in the shop, do the end month stock count and fix asset registration, as well as can solve urgent cases or any unprecedent problems.
Have a good coordination and control other human resources and administration functions i.e. salesforce, temporary staffs, and other related admin issues.
Provide exceptional customer service, creating an environment that fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of professional experience working as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in Fashion Retails.
Prior experience in fashion retail industry is a plus
Demonstrates a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Thai and English, Chinese is a plus
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Retail Store operations management
Comfortably using MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
Be able to work with multi-function departments
Able to withstand retail working hours and work on weekends and public holidays
