Business Develpement & KOL specialist (Senior Level)

Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. 
Utilize this information to identify new business opportunities and target industries for expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams especially overseas team to develop and execute 
effective business strategies.
• Conceptualize and manage demand-driving strategy, executive and creating events involving 
influencers, and KOLs across beauty, technical and popular culture.
• Construct end-to-end full-scale key-influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, 
objectives, and KPIs.
• Manage P&L on KOL-related activities and events.
• Liaise on new product launches by ensuring consistent press in core media categories.
• Increase brand awareness, brand buzz, and skincare SOV.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, business metrics, and KOL engagement to measure the 
effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years (Senior) experience at Beauty, E-commerce, FMCG, Tech Start-up as Business 
Development and/or KOL Specialist or Influencer Marketing Specialist.
• Fluent in English is a MUST (For Senior).
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related major.
• Proven experience in handling a broad range of talents, especially in the beauty industry.
• Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication 
with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming.
• Able to join ASAP or within 1 month.
• Willing to do WFO policy.
