Responsibilities
- Superior Customer Service : Be the face of Gofive, offering superlative customer service to customers,
assisting them in resolving queries, issues, and maximizing the value of our products.
- Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our empeo program,
assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their successful utilization of our solutions.
- Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve customer support processes for both voice
and non-voice interactions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Mentorship (Advantage) : Provide guidance and mentorship to the customer support team,
ensuring they deliver exceptional voice and non-voice support to customers.
- Team Management (Advantage) : If you possess management skills, you will have the opportunity
to lead and manage a team of chat support members, ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality support.

- Proven experience in both voice and non-voice customer support.
- Exceptional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in HRM or HRD programs or applications is a plus.
- Ideally in a mentoring or leadership role is a plus.
- A strong understanding of HR processes and the needs of HR professionals is a significant advantage.
- Management skills, particularly in leading a chat support team, are highly advantageous.
