The IT Support position is responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, managing hardware and software systems, coordinating with suppliers and outsourced services, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT infrastructure. Scope of Work: • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues. • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and systems. • Configure networks, printers, and email systems. • Set up accounts for new users and ensure proper access permissions. • Collaborate with suppliers and outsourced services for efficient IT operations. • Work closely with Digital Marketers to track customer journey and behavior. • Utilize analytical tools to track and analyze digital performance. • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing digital systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. • New graduate are welcome. • Experience in IT system administration and support. • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively. • Enthusiastic learner with a passion for digital marketing. • Familiarity with digital marketing principles and practices. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
