• Trends Digital is hiring a talented Associate Director to work as a Business Development Manager within the Digital Solutions Group (DSG)
• Business Development Manager identifies and secures new business opportunities for our company
• This position is a hybrid work role that reports into the Managing Director
.
What you will do:
.
• Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers for new business opportunities in Thailand and South East Asia (SEA) markets through research, meetings, or industry events
• Contribute in developing new business proposals and presentations
• Support the improvement of marketing collaterals and initiatives
• Understand client expectations and explore account growth opportunities through a consultative approach and informative proposals
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline in accordance with targets
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, processes, and best practices across the company

Must have:
.
• 3 - 9 years of work experience in business development, account management, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor degree or higher from a reputable university with achievements and awards
• Good command of English and Thai, both verbal and written
• Adherence to a high level of professionalism, transparency, and collaboration
• Solution driven, logical, and able to calmly adapt to changing circumstances in a professional manner
• Organized and resourceful self starter with a can-do attitude
• Capable of high quality research, strategy, and business planning
• Great communication skills
• Able to run quickly in a fast paced digital environment
