Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator Intern Department: Human Resources As a Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator Intern, you will go through a holistic learning experience from two pillars of Human Resources. While the main scope of work will focus on Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), you will also have a chance to dive in and explore about Talent Development (Learning & Training).
Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling to getting candidates on-board Assist in interview arrangement by (1) scheduling with candidates, (2) sending calendar invitations to interviewers, (3) and facilitating candidates on the day of interview Support recruitment-related projects and activities Talent Development Perform research and brainstorming for an assigned project related to the company's training needs, feedback, and ideas to elevate LINERs' training or learning experience Support the Talent Development Team for any ad hoc assignments on planning, research, analysis, or vendor searching on trainers/instructors/speakers KPIs Able to individually handle the full cycle of recruitment Contribute on Talent Development projects to support employees’ learning curve
